Brad Chapotelle, EnvDip, TechAg - Remediation

Program Manager


Brad’s role at GLE is to manage Remediation / Reclamation Programs for multiple clients.

Brad grew up near Jarvie, AB, which is 1.5 hours north of Edmonton, AB.

Brad has been in the industry 13 years and with Good Lands Environmental for 3.

Cole organizes and manages reclamation projects and programs for clients.

Cole was raised and resides in Hartney, MB.

Cole has been employed with Good Lands Environmental for the past 12 years.

Sara has worked in the oil and gas industry since the age of 16, gaining experience across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and North Dakota in both field and office-based roles. With over 20 years of industry experience, she brings extensive knowledge of project management, program design, and team leadership. A results-driven environmental professional, she has a proven ability to implement cost-effective, efficient programs while leading high-performing teams. Her expertise lies in identifying operational challenges and delivering innovative, safety-focused solutions.

Shelby Wray, BSc, TechAg - Reclamation

Program Manager


Shelby manages clients and staff under the Reclamation Program.  She works on oil well sites at their end of life; her projects include gathering historical data, assisting with abandonments and reclamation, through to obtaining landowner sign off. 

Shelby lives in Pierson, MB.

Shelby has been with Good Lands Environmental for the past 11 years.


“I have always had an interest in the environment and in my second year of university a new Environmental Science Program had become available, and I transferred into that.  From there, I decided that I wanted a career that was interesting, provided me an opportunity to be outdoors and would allow me to see results for my efforts; this career fits those criteria!”

Kirk Vanbeselaere, EnvDip, CPESC, ATechAg - Spill Response

Program Manager


Kirk leads our Spill Response team, overseeing both initial emergency response and ongoing spill area management. He works directly with clients to plan and coordinate safe, efficient, and compliant response activities. Kirk is experienced in managing a wide range of spill scenarios, ensuring rapid action, clear communication, and effective site stewardship from initial containment through ongoing monitoring and remediation support.

Kirk has been with Good Lands Environment since April, 2023 and lives near Midale, SK.
