Good Lands Environmental Inc. currently has an opening for a Report Writer. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work remotely; occasional trips to our Pierson office are required.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Senior Program Management group to prepare and review reporting deliverables for our upstream oil and gas clients. This person must be detail- oriented, diligent and a strong communicator. As this position will have flexibility in both work hours and work location, the successful candidate will be self-motivated and reliable. Although much of the work will be independent in nature, this person must enjoy working as a team; this position will involve execution of work under multiple managers.
Minimum Requirements
· University degree or diploma
· Solid working knowledge of computers and computer-based programs (excel, word, etc.)
· A good command of the English language
· Proven technical writing skills
· Knowledge of the agriculture and/or the oil and gas industry an asset
· Ability to register with a professional organization (ie. Agrologists Manitoba or the Saskatchewan Institute of Agrologists) an asset

Good Lands Environmental Inc. currently has an opening for a Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Reclamation Program Manager supporting field projects and technicians, as well as completing office work. The overall time allocation for this position will be approximately 50% office 50% field, however this will be seasonally dependent (additional field time in summer months and additional office time in the winter). There will be an opportunity to work remotely for a portion of the office allocated time.
The successful candidate must possess a willingness to learn, enjoy working in a team and be able to provide mentorship at the field level. This person will have strong organizational skills; they must be reliable and self-motivated, willing and able to independently execute projects. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. The position will require flexibility in work hours, and an ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.

o The successful candidate must be a member or be eligible to become a member of a professional/technical organization (ie. Agrologists Manitoba, the Saskatchewan Institute of Agrologists, the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Manitoba or Saskatchewan, etc.)
· Good working knowledge of computers and computer-based programs (excel, word, etc.)
· Strong people and program management skills, and a desire to mentor and train junior staff
· Solid working knowledge of Canadian oil and gas environmental regulations and practices
· Knowledge of data collection tools and technologies (aerial drones, EM surveys, etc.)
· Ability to manage concurrent projects and pivot on short notice
· Enjoy working outdoors
